Reporting to the Head of Corporate Marketing, you will be responsible to the end-to-end organization and management of several events including Mobileum user groups and telecom industry sponsor events. A previous experience in the organization and events management field is essential. We are looking for someone who has the ability to learn fast, be proactive and able to get hands-on with tasks. We work in a fast-paced environment so you will have plenty of opportunities to learn and grow in a multicultural setting.What you will be doingFrom conception to completion, planning and delivery of Mobileum worldwide events planCommunicating with internal teams, venues, suppliers, speakers, and delegates on a day-to-day basis Setting and managing timelines and deadlines for each event project team Ensure event logistics, resulting in the delivery of high quality and cost-effective eventsBrief and delegate to a team of onsite events staffManage event agendas, invitation segmentation and event content Source and liaise with venues and suppliersNegotiate prices, contracts, and payment plans Ensure event costs are respected according to budgetPost-event evaluation and de-brief with the marketing teamOperate various tools and software used for events management, including attendee registration, email marketing, online content management, Event Apps, event surveys, leads generation reporting, and project planningCOMPETENCIES AND SKILLS we are looking forEvent organization or event management experience (2 yrs +) (B2B preferably)Meticulous attention to detailAble to prioritize effectively and multi-task across several complex eventsAble to cooperate and discuss conditions with providersExperience working in international events (preferably)English fluency (mandatory)The MINDSET you will have:Drive, determination, and flexibility You present well and are able to articulate regarding your function (this is a front facing position)Reliable team playerPassion for the jobAble to learn and perform in a fast-paced environmentAvailable to travelWhat WE OFFER:Integration in a multinational company that is growing consistentlyPossibility to travel across the world for our eventsExciting and challenging growth opportunitiesInteresting compensation package (fixed salary + variable bonus depending on achievement of objectives)Plenty of variety in your work
