Estonian Customer Support - Remote Portugal Based

We are currently looking for Estonian and English Speaker Customer Advisors!

Your new role:
With the tools acquired during our initial training, you will be in charge of handling customer requests by answering incoming calls.
Answer customer requests in an effective and timely way, ensuring high-quality service is provided.
Providing product and tool support to improve customer experience.
Administrative tasks: documentation management and database updating.
What You Need To Succeed:
Finnish and Estonian fluent or bilingual.
Computer literacy (easily browse different software programs in parallel).
Previous experience in customer service is a plus.
Excellent communication skills (comfortable communicating with customers using several channels).
Ability to multi-task by working independently while being a team player.
