We are looking for an experienced manager from the Esports betting industry to take the lead and further develop our BETER Esports unit.
BETER Esports is focused on development and distribution of BETER's Esports content, including our award winning EsportsBattle tournaments with FIFA, NBA, NHL, Volta, and more.
Our ideal candidate should be a passionate Esports betting professional who is driven to overachieve on quota goals.
This candidate must be comfortable working with gambling content and possess the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Accountability: The BETER Esports General Manager will be accountable for developing BETER's Esportsbusiness unit and fulfills its value creation potential.
The BETER Esports unit includes all relevant stakeholders requires to drive the projected value, including operations, trading,product, project management, and dedicated members from other group functions such as legal and finance.
Key responsibilities: • Refine and implement BETER Esports strategic plans.
• Build BETER Esports annual budget in corporation with finance and sales teams and govern its execution.
• Achieve growth and hit development objectives by successfully cooperating the sales team.
• Develop BETER Esports business through partnerships and acquisitions.
• Develop and maintain BETER Esports product roadmap to facilitate competitive offering to the gaming and betting industry.
• Own recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of BETER Esports employees.
• Maintain long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with selected ones and understanding their needs.
• Report financial figures, product development and team development reports and realistic forecasts to the management team.
• Align on key operational KPIs with BETER management and track its execution • Track strategic projects implemented within BETER Esports Key requirements: • Proven track record leading operational position for at least 4 years.
• Must also possess exceptional communication skills both in verbal and written form.
• Must possess exceptional research and analytical skills, capable of digging out sales and market information and processing into actionable insights, approaches, and strategies.
