What we offerDevelop your professional career working with one of the major brands in the fashion industryOpportunity to accelerate the pace of digitalization & eCommerce growth through advanced technology, business intelligence, and analyticsDriving high-impact insights enhances decision-making across the entire organizationDriving brand equity and digital sales through enhanced digital experiencesInteraction with senior business and eCommerce leaders regularly to drive their business toward impactful changeBecome part of a fast-growing international and diverse teamWhat you'll doCreate a coherent vision for future ESG vendor data management within SSC.?Develop new concepts for testing procedures and processes, including solutions for data storage and reporting, invoicing processes, roles and responsibilities, simplified CTD processes, and systemic support for handling fail cases.Analyse existing platforms and identify short-term wins in optimizing data and reporting requirements.?Determine which data should be collected by which system to avoid duplication and relieve suppliers' workload.?Identify manual processes that can be automated as soon as possible.?Analyse existing systems and historic fail data, conduct GAP analysis, and perform cost analysis.?Benchmark industry standards, research existing industry solutions, and identify best practices for a risk-based product compliance approach.?Create a roadmap for implementation of new systems and processes.?Manage the implementation process, including stakeholder communication.?Develop training materials and guidelines for internal and external use.?What you'll bringDegree in Business Informatics, IT, Applied Computer Sciences, EconomicsProject management and stakeholder communication?Experience in ESG data management and product compliance (understanding system landscape)?Familiarity with industry standards and best practices?Strong analytical skills?Leadership in change management (entrepreneurial, visionary)?Influential communication skills (able to challenge and influence decision-making)?Team management?Background in fashion industry is a plus
