Job Description The ESG Compliance Manager will be responsible for ensuring that Unit4 adheres to all relevant ESG regulations and standards. This role involves monitoring compliance, conducting ESG assessments, and implementing policies and procedures that support our sustainability goals. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of ESG issues, regulatory requirements, and best practices in corporate sustainability. Regulatory Compliance: Monitor and interpret ESG-related regulations and standards. Ensure the company complies with all applicable ESG laws and guidelines, including CSRD. Governance and Policy Development: Develop, implement, and maintain ESG policies and procedures, as well as governance framework. Ensure these policies align with regulatory requirements and industry best practices. ESG subscriptions management: Oversee the preparation and submission of Unit4 responses to ESG questionnaires such as EcoVadis, UN global compact or CDP ESG Reporting: Oversee the preparation and submission of ESG reports. Ensure the accuracy and completeness of all ESG data and disclosures. Risk Management: Identify and assess ESG risks. Develop strategies to mitigate these risks and ensure they are integrated into the company's overall risk management framework. Stakeholder Engagement and Due Diligence: Engage with internal and external stakeholders on ESG matters. Communicate the company's ESG initiatives and progress to stakeholders, including investors, customers, and regulatory bodies. Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on ESG trends, regulations, and best practices. Continuously improve the company's ESG compliance programs and initiatives Qualifications Strong project management skills to oversee ESG initiatives and reporting processes. Excellent written and verbal communication skills to convey complex ESG concepts clearly and effectively. Ability to prepare comprehensive ESG reports and presentations for various stakeholders. Strong interpersonal skills to engage with internal teams, senior management, and external stakeholders. Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with various stakeholders, including investors, regulators, customers, and community groups. Ability to interpret complex regulations and translate them into actionable policies. High level of accuracy and attention to detail in all aspects of ESG reporting and compliance. High ethical standards and integrity in handling confidential information and making compliance decisions. #J-18808-Ljbffr
