Your area of responsibility As an IT system administrator (m/f/d), you will take on the typical operational tasks from the IT area from the very beginning and thus ensure the functionality of IT within our company. You will ensure the operational security of the entire server systems and infrastructure. You will be supported by monitoring tools such as PRTG. You will play a leading role in the design of new backend systems. Independent work in a team, project responsibility and creative freedom are key features of the position. Our requirements profile In addition to your successfully completed training in the IT sector (IT specialist (m/f/d), IT systems electronics technician (m/f/d) or comparable), you have professional experience in the IT environment. You find explaining complex technical issues and preparing them for decision-making exciting and your good market and product knowledge in the field of IT infrastructure helps you to do this. Ideally, you have knowledge of the backend environment, such as Server 2016/2019/2022, Citrix, ESX, VMWare, Veeam backup and firewall. You are also familiar with the client business. You are familiar with software distribution, endpoint protection and patch management. The ability to work in a team and above-average motivation round off your profile.
