Our cliente was established in 2014 to acquire existing outlet centres across Europe and by using the expertise of its operating partners, enhance their performance to provide strong investment returns for its stakeholders. These returns are achieved through creating shopping environments which attract high quality domestic and international brands and their discerning customers. They are currently looking for a professional with excellent accounting skills and experience in implementation projects for a 1-year project. Your new role
Directly reporting to the Group Finance Transformation Director, will assist in the implementation of the new ERP platform together with coordinating the users support by providing training and assistance to seek continuous improvement. Work proactively and cooperatively with the project team to deliver project artefacts within agreed schedule and expected quality
Supports gathering and documentation of business requirements from the user groups
Assists providing direction to vendor for the configuration of the new Group ERP concerning Finance, Leasing, and Retail.
Support data conversion tasks from legacy systems including business validation to ensure business continuity at cut-off date
Report on regular status about project progress and vendors assistance
What you need to succeed Experience in implementation projects;(mandatory); Fluent Portuguese and English (mandatory); Advanced Excel and total digital dexterity. What the company can offer you
