Perks of becoming a Rhino:You'll get a welcome kit Opportunities for career progression Live on the edge with our health insurance Watch your favorite shows and music with HBO and Spotify accounts Coverflex meal card Other protocols and special discounts ?The Rhino that we're looking for will have the following responsibilities:Manage the implementation project for Dynamics F&O ERP across different business units;Lead and influence internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective implementation;Develop and execute the implementation plan, ensuring deadlines and requirements are met;Provide ongoing support and optimization of the system post-implementation;Facilitate communication between IT, finance, and operations teams to ensure full integration of the ERP system.For this position, the perfect Rhino should have the following skills: Proven experience in ERP implementation and management, ideally with Dynamics Finance & Operations;Leadership skills or experience in project management to manage teams and stakeholders;Fluency in English (mandatory)and knowledge of Portuguese is a plus;Strong communication and influencing skills to lead organizational change;Ability to work in an on-site environment (Lisbon office), with the option of 1 remote workday per week;Availability for occasional travel between the countries where the company operates (Portugal, Germany, Italy).Become a part of the crash.
