THE ROLE
We are looking for an Application Specialist to work within our Technology and Business service support departments and contribute with expertise in configuring, maintaining, monitoring, and developing solutions to be released under the existing system usage. Experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (D365) implementation is a must.
WHAT YOU'LL DOAnalyse business challenges across various Farfetch departments (, Logistics, Supply Chain, Finance) to identify areas for improvement
Propose data-driven solutions leveraging D365 functionality to optimize efficiency and potentially generate cost savings
Document processes for support, system evolution, replacement, or improvement within D365
Champion best practices across technology teams, promoting efficient workflows and fostering a collaborative environment
Maintain comprehensive technical and functional documentation for implemented D365 modules
Provide ongoing support for the implemented system, troubleshooting any technical issues
Actively participate in the system implementation, providing training and guidance during go-live and post-go-live phases; Support System Upgrades
Regularly monitor system health and identify areas for optimization, proactively proposing solutions to enhance overall performance
Proficiency in these modules is a plus (Inventory management, Retail, Product information management, Procurement and sourcing, Sales and marketing, Entity store, Accounts payable, Fixed Assets, Tax, Cash and bank management, General Ledger, and User management and system administration).
WHO YOU AREA professional who has experience in implementing and supporting D365 Finance and Operations
Knowledge of the described modules of D365 and how to configure, maintain, and evolve them
Knowledge in implementing core Corporate Applications such as ERP, Supply Chain, and Logistics systems
Ability to understand & diagnose existing business processes
Knowledge and experience in working through different software implementation phases and collaborating with various stakeholders.
