Ensuring that external organisations that provide occasional services to the company are aware of and comply with the Health and Safety and Environmental standards. Complying with and enforcing waste segregation requirements inherent to the job. Controlling the routines related to the treatment of liquid effluents, in order to guarantee the good and correct performance of the treatment process. Controlling the WWTP's chemical reagent stocks, avoiding any possible shortages. Promote and implement professional training in the areas for which they are responsible. Complying with the regulations, standards, procedures, work instructions, processes and routines in force in the unit, with a view to continuously improving the company's performance in accordance with the defined objectives and in strict compliance with the law and applicable standards, in the event that these are not being complied with, reporting their non-compliance to their superior. Taking part in training programs set up by the company. Collaborating in the review of the Quality and Environmental Management system. Collaborating in the definition of environmental objectives and targets and participating in continuous improvement actions and measures. Collaborating in the treatment of non-conformities detected and in the definition of actions and measures for continuous improvement. Controlling significant environmental aspects, particularly waste separation. Complying with the procedures, processes, routines and rules of the company's Quality Policy, Health & Safety Policy, Environmental Policy and Energy Policy, applicable to the function and the entire plant, with a view to continuously improving the company's performance, in accordance with the defined objectives and in strict compliance with the law and applicable standards - ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 50001 - as well as with what is defined in the Chain of Responsibility Policy and complying with IWAY standards. Requirements: Degree in the field of Engineering, Environmental Management, Occupational Safety, or similar. Certificate of Professional Aptitude for H&S Technicians. Knowledge of ISO 14001 and ISO 45001. Knowledge of the industrial process. Knowledge of environmental legislation. Knowledge of English (preferred). Capacity for organisation and dynamism.
