We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Environmental and Quality Manager to join a leader Group in the Renewable Energy Sector. As an Environmental and Quality Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the environmental management and quality control of renewable energy projects, ensuring compliance with regulations and industry best practices.
Responsibilities :
Lead all environmental aspects of the project, from development to operation, ensuring compliance with national regulations and best practices.
Manage the entire environmental licensing process, including the preparation and submission of environmental documentation.
Coordinate the preparation of Environmental Impact Assessments (EIA) and ensure the integration of effective mitigation measures.
Facilitate collaboration between internal teams, external consultants, and contractors to ensure alignment with environmental objectives.
Conduct regular environmental audits and prepare detailed reports to monitor compliance.
Quality Management:
Develop and implement the company's Quality Management System (QMS) to ensure compliance with industry standards.
Oversee quality assurance during all project phases, conducting quality audits and implementing continuous improvements.
Ensure the application of corrective and preventive measures in response to quality-related issues.
Implement procedures for regular monitoring of compliance with quality standards.
Collaboration and Leadership:
Serve as the link between project development teams, environmental consultants, regulatory authorities, and contractors.
Provide leadership and guidance on environmental and quality aspects, ensuring successful integration into project execution.
Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in environmental management and quality control, preferably in renewable energy projects.
Strong knowledge of environmental regulations and best practices.
Experience in managing environmental licensing processes and coordinating with regulatory authorities.
Proficient in conducting Environmental Impact Assessments (EIA) and implementing mitigation measures.
Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
