This is a full-time position in Lisbon – Portugal. As an environment and PROPS artist, you will handcraft every little detail found in props and equipment. You will work in an environment with people passionate about creating great artworks. You must accept constructive criticism very well and complete tasks within the allotted deadlines. Having a portfolio is essential.
REQUIREMENTS:Advanced knowledge of Adobe Photoshop;An exceptional understanding of form, shape, structure, and silhouette;Outstanding creativity and solid commitment to projects;Self-motivated – requires minimal direction, can carry a vision to completion and commit to deadlines;Good communication skills – able to help others and ask for help when needed. Be proactive in sharing information and assets;Great team attitude – being flexible with new ideas, open to direction and change. Able to listen to teammates;Deadline-oriented – able to manage and organize work, meet all deadlines, and adjust when changes happen.DESIRABLE:Bachelor's degree in art or similar;Superior eye for light, shadow, color, and detail in creating visual elements;PASSION IN CREATING GAMES and game services.BONUS ABILITIES:Knowledge of Zbrush and 3ds Max;Comprehension of Agile & Scrum methodology.EXPECTED:To bring knowledge.YOUR FUNCTIONS:Creation of PROPS;Creating high-quality architectural and organic environments in collaboration with other artists on the team;Maintain the production pipeline and meet deadlines;Follow the guidelines and maintain a consistent style;Additional responsibilities may be assigned as needed.SELECTIVE PROCESS:The selection process must go through a practical test and interview.
