Some of the Position's Requirements and Responsibilities:
Proficiency in English and Portuguese (C1/C2)
Tech Background: 1 to 2 years, preferably in security and system administration
Tech Support Experience: 1 to 2 years in TI Team
Proficiency in analysis and problem solving
Nice to have:
Experience on Windows Server, Windows Client, Active Directory, and/or Azure Active Directory Administration.
As a Customer Service Representative, your main mission as an EXO / Identity is to be responsible for being the first point of contact for partner queries while delivering a world-class engagement experience and resolving their issues efficiently.
