English Customer Service – Comercial Assistant

We are a BPO and Contact Center company specializing in omnichannel customer management. We help leading brands enhance their Customer Experience through our commitment to innovation and qualified, dynamic, and multicultural teams. We invest in team training with brands to assist them in a field of great importance, such as customer relations.
Would you like to be part of our project? We are looking for someone to help us grow in Portugal, in a team of commercial assistants for a prestigious client in the educational sector.
Roles:

Outbound and inbound contact with potential clients

Requirements:

Computer literacy;
Commercial profile;
Customer orientation;
Formal and polished language;
Motivation, dynamism, and proactivity;
Previous experience in a call center (mandatory);
Native or advanced level of Portuguese (C1/C2);
Native or advanced level of English C2 (mandatory).

Working hours:

Work schedule between 10 am and 8 pm, Monday to Saturday;
40 hours full-time.

Remuneration:

Base salary + Meal allowance + Performance bonus;
