Responsibilities: Apply best practices in customer response management to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Effectively manage service level agreements (SLAs) and orders in collaboration with other business functions.
Help develop and implement strategies aimed at achieving targeted customer experiences.
Serve as the main point of contact for customers, generating reports and managing service levels through regular communication.
Oversee order processing, manage calls, and support project activities to ensure customer requests are met on time.
Handle remote customer support, managing complex SLA solutions.
Continuously improve skills to increase contribution to the team.
Skills: English level C1 (minimum).
Must have an EU citizenship card or a Portuguese Residence card.
Great communication skills.
Experience in customer service, order management, or related roles.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects effectively.
Commitment to personal development and contributing to team success.
Benefits: Full-time position with the office located in Lisbon .
Schedule : Monday to Sunday, between 9am and 8pm.
Days off : Rotational.
Base salary : €1200 gross/month + meal allowance of €7.41 per day + performance bonus up to €300/month.
The contract is made directly with the company (initial 6-month contract with the possibility of renewal or permanent contract).
