We are currently looking for a Collections/Financial Services Representative to join the team of a multinational company in Porto .
Monday to Friday, hybrid regime
Your mission: Credit and collections;
Handle disputes, cash applications and the billing needed;
Online and telephone contact with external/internal customers within functional area and completing any related administration;
Validate or complete accurate and timely reporting.
What you need to embark on this mission: Fluency in English (at least C1 level);
At least 6 months' experience in a similar position;
Good computer skills, including advanced Excel proficiency;
Dynamism, proactivity and initiative;
Good interpersonal skills and customer focus, with strong communication skills;
High sense of responsibility and team spirit.
