Squarespace is looking for an Engineering Manager to lead the Delivery team. In this role you will direct the development of scalable solutions for the continuous building, testing, packaging, and deploying Squarespace software. You will work closely with the other teams within the larger Developer Experience and Infrastructure organizations to ensure that the software developers at Squarespace have the tools they need to work efficiently and effectively to produce high quality products for our users.
You will report directly to the Director of Developer Experience. This position is based in our Dublin office.
You'll Get To… Develop the engineers on the Delivery team through coaching, mentoring, and feedback
Partner with other leaders to influence strategic, architectural and organizational choices
Thoughtfully negotiate and clarify engineering priorities for Delivery and align them with the goals of the Engineering organization
Grow the technical expertise and development practices of your teams
Who We're Looking For 2-5 years of technical leadership experience, including managing a team with direct reports
Communication and leadership capacity; ability to work with diverse company partners
Proven track record of shipping change with and for stakeholders
A desire to build tools and deliver solutions for internal users
A deep passion for coaching high-performing engineering teams
