About your future Team Support the Residential Technical Operations team by providing technical assessments, training, reviews, and expert opinions on engineering designs, materials, equipment, construction, and commissioning related to solar installations. You will work in a multidisciplinary team with locations in Lisbon and Matosinhos, promoting a collaborative and dynamic environment. The team values cooperation, knowledge sharing, and mutual support to achieve common objectives. This role offers various learning opportunities, including professional development and training sessions, to enhance skills and stay current with industry trends.
How will your day-to-day look like? Develop solar technical documents as manuals or assembling standards, help develop and choose new equipment, do technical reviews or issue opinions about engineering standards, designs or documents;Manage the answer and the resolution to high complexity client complaints;Provide training and training material for colleagues and partners;Participate in projects where Technical Operations are a part;Help define technical requirements for procurement tenders on the Technical Operations scope, as well as equipment and scenarios testing in our laboratory.What makes you unique? Master's in electrical engineering;Strong oral and written English communication skills and basic Spanish with proficiency in Microsoft Office tools;Proven experience (+3 years) in solar installations services;Ordem dos Engenheiros inscription or conditions to do so;Attention to detail, curiosity and creativity with problem solving mindset;A great communicator and good at managing external and internal stakeholders;Available for frequent travelling within Portugal and very occasional Spain;Ability to handle different projects simultaneously and provide deliverables under tight deadlines.Your life at Galp An energy company integrated in the energy sector where you can make a difference:
