Its mission is to provide next-generation powertrain solutions as markets around the world transition to a more sustainable future.J OB PURPOSEIn charge of the cost monitoring of Projects Entry ticket.Reports to Engineering Controlling Manager, and functionally to the Engineering Project Director and to Sales Finance Administration Manager.Hybrid working regime : in the 1st month, 2 weeks in Spain (Madrid or Valladolid) and 2 weeks home office; in the 2nd month, 1 week in Spain (Madrid or Valladolid) and 3 weeks home office; From the 3rd month onwards, occasional trips to Spain.Working hours : Flexible entry and exit times, between 7am and 6pm.KEY RESULTS AND DELIVERABLESMonitor the relationship between projects Manager, Business Office (Sales Department), Finance counterpart, Project Centralization Cost Control, Engineering PMO and Sales Administration.Drive the set-up of annual budget for R&D costs compliant with pluri-annual commitment of the Projects, and monitor the follow-up (plan, budget, forecast). In case of deviation, monitor the convergence process. Ensure the follow-up of invoices for payment up-front projects.For new projects/quotations or for Project modification requested by the customer, ensure that the RFQ information or cost modification sheet datas are taken into account by PMO and Projects Centralization Cost Control.Build the project MTP visibility every monthPut in place monthly Reporting animation for CPO (in costs & revenues)Take into account Guaranty Provisions and send monthly provisions to accountingPut in place or participate to Monthly animationFor compliance, ensure the implementation of the internal control and periodic assessment of its effectiveness, especially by: Ensuring the robustness, integrity and completeness of economical information; Ensuring compliance with legal, tax and regulatory requirementsSKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTSAcademic training: ideally Bachelors degree.Professional experience: minimum 2 years of experience in the field.English required.#J-18808-Ljbffr
