As a key member of our Offshore Wind Energy team, you will oversee the planning, design, and implementation of floating platform projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and budget. This role requires an in-depth understanding of offshore wind technologies, project management expertise, and the ability to lead multidisciplinary teams. Key Responsibilities: Project Planning & Management: Lead the full lifecycle of floating platform projects, from initial concept through to final deployment. Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets. Technical Leadership: Provide technical direction and guidance for the design, engineering, and installation of floating platforms. Ensure all designs meet industry standards and regulatory requirements. Team Coordination: Manage and coordinate a multidisciplinary team of engineers, designers, and subcontractors. Foster collaboration between internal teams and external partners, including suppliers and regulatory bodies. Stakeholder Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for all project stakeholders, including clients, partners, and regulatory authorities. Provide regular updates on project progress and address any concerns or issues that arise. Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate risks associated with floating platform projects. Implement proactive solutions to address potential technical, financial, and operational challenges. Quality Assurance: Ensure that all project deliverables meet the highest standards of quality and performance. Oversee the testing, inspection, and certification processes for floating platforms. Budget Control: Monitor project budgets, ensuring efficient use of resources. Manage cost overruns and make adjustments to keep the project within financial parameters. Compliance & Safety: Ensure all activities comply with relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations. Promote a culture of safety and sustainability throughout the project lifecycle. Continuous Improvement: Drive innovation and continuous improvement in the design and implementation of floating platforms. Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices. Qualifications: Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, or related field). A Master's degree or MBA is a plus. Experience: Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in project management, with a strong focus on offshore wind energy or marine engineering. Experience with floating platforms is highly preferred
