Engineering Project Manager

Colep Consumer Products develops Aerosol and Liquids, from concept to fully tested products.The Engineering Project Manager will be responsible for delivering innovative engineering solutions by challenging the status quo and ensuring the effectiveness and sustainability in the engineering projects' management.Main Activities and Responsibilities:Engineering Project ManagementDevelop, manage, and implement industrial engineering projects (mechanic, electric, automation, and infrastructural) in terms of content, cost, and timing.Sustainable HandoverProperly definition of the scope, timings, and deliverables with stakeholders, including training, operational procedures, and preventive Maintenance.Cost MindsetIdentify opportunities (including cost savings), propose and implement improvement engineering projects, and ensure the best cost/quality/time solution by negotiation (with Procurement support).We are looking for:• Degree in Engineering (Industrial, Mechanic, Electrotechnical or Electromechanical);• At least 3 years of previous experience in a similar position;• Fluency in English;• Planning and organizational profile;• Results-oriented mindset;• Ability to adapt the communication style to different stakeholders;• Intermediate CAD knowledge.What we offer:• Integration in an international and multicultural company with real opportunities for career development;• Unique and challenging projects with global impact;• Positive, informal, and energetic work environment;• Plenty of space for curiosity, creativity, and growth;• Health Service for employees and Employee Assistance Programme, with support in Psychological, Legal, Financial and Work-Life / Social areas.#J-18808-Ljbffr
