As an intern in the Engineering Product Quality Governance team at Bosch, you will support the global owner of Engineering Product Quality (EPQ) in various governance, training, committee work, coaching, and consulting activities.
Your contribution to something big: Governance Support the development and implementation of corporate directives related to Engineering Product Quality;Assist in continuous improvement initiatives such as improving directives;Help issue and distribute directives and assess their implementation across the different Bosch business sectors, divisions, and units;Training Coordinate with Bosch Training Corporate training sessions worldwide and maintain a pool of trainers;Assist in defining and updating training materials.Committee Work and Workshops Assist in setting up and inviting participants to committee meetings and workshops;Take notes and write meeting minutes to document discussions and decisions;Assist in the organization and moderation of workshops to facilitate productive discussions and outcomes;Maintain an open-point list and track activities to ensure follow-through on action items;Consolidate outputs from workshops into new regulations or new training content.Coaching and Consulting Support the organization in the implementation of the EPQ role across the various Bosch units;Promote and market EPQ role activities within the organization (e.g., maintain Connect and Docupedia pages);Collect and share best practices, success stories, and lessons learned to drive continuous improvement and standardization.What distinguishes you: A degree (or currently pursuing a degree) in Management and/or Engineering, or a related field.Good understanding of project management principles.Basic understanding of engineering principles and quality assurance methodologies.Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.Excellent organizational and coordination skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards.Ability to work effectively in a team environment.Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.Experience with AI tools and their application in management processes (it's a plus).Duration: 12 months
