The challenge Lead, mentor and develop a team of software engineers across 3 different SCRUM teams.
Drive the development process through Agile methodologies, ensuring the teams are empowered to build and deliver high-quality software efficiently.
Collaborate with product management, product owners, design and stakeholders to align on priorities and roadmap.
Track, manage, and improve KPIs on software quality, code quality, and agile practices.
Facilitate 1:1s, career development, and provide continuous feedback to support team members' professional growth.
Drive continuous process improvement and remove obstacles for your teams to ensure delivery.
Play an active role in recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding in collaboration with T&C.
Motivate and inspire teams by ensuring an environment that promotes positive communication, bonding of team members, and flexibility to adapt to changes.
Implement and promote best engineering practices in the product development teams.
What you offer At least 5 years of experience in engineering and/or development processes, preferably as Engineering Manager or Product Owner.
Proven experience and profound knowledge of methodologies, processes, tools, and mindset of agile software development.
Strong understanding of software development and architectural principles.
Very good communication skills, including being clear and compassionate at the same time.
Experience in setting up and managing team KPIs for performance and operational efficiency.
Open mindset and readiness to take risks, sees chances and trusts in change while listening to those who call attention to potential risks.
Ability to delegate tasks and responsibilities.
