With a diverse team spanning over 40 nationalities, they strive to be the world's foremost partner in environmental, health, and safety compliance, fostering a secure and innovative work environment.Responsibilities:Acting as a scrum master for one or two development teams, organizing ceremonies tailored to team needs.Partnering with Product Owners to understand detailed requirements and technical solutions for user stories.Reviewing pull requests and providing quality feedback on code and comments produced by the team.Managing and improving Engineering productivity metrics without generating counterproductive behaviors.Analyzing SonarQube outputs, contributing to the definition of Quality Gates, and tracking Code Smells.Programming in .NET C# with an understanding of Kafka, PostgreSQL, and ElasticSearch.Ensuring integration of solutions with existing or new services and applications.Communicating technical concepts and solutions clearly to stakeholders.Using tools like JIRA and Confluence for task management and incident tracking.Collaborating with Project Managers, Product Managers, and Product Owners to prioritize and enhance technical solutions.Profile sought:Education:Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Computer Science or a related field.Experience:At least 4 years of experience working with .NET C#.Proven experience as a Scrum Master and in implementing Agile methodologies.Experience in recruiting and managing team members.Technical Skills:Expertise in software and cloud architectures, microservices, CQRS patterns, and DDD architecture.Proficiency in structured programming, clean and reusable code, and OpenAPI specifications.Knowledge of SOLID principles, clean code practices, and distributed programming models.Experience in cloud-based software project delivery.Familiarity with collaborative tools like JIRA and Confluence.Soft Skills:Exceptional communication skills, able to make complex issues understandable to diverse audiences.Leadership and team management abilities, empowering teams and driving transparency.Benefits & Culture:Flexible remote work optionsProfessional development opportunitiesDynamic and innovative work environmentDepartment: TechLocation: LisbonStart date: As soon as possible
