Your New Role Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary engineering team, including Software Engineers, Software Architects and UX Designers Oversee the entire software development lifecycle from requirements to deployment Develop and implement best practices and standards for high-quality software solutions Provide technical direction and support for a successful project delivery Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to achieve business goals Ensure all software solutions meet the highest standards of quality, performance and security Manage team resources effectively including hiring, training and performance management Identify and mitigate risks in the development process to ensure timely delivery Serve as the primary point of contact for all technical matters and report to senior management What You'll Need Proven experience in a leadership role within a software engineering environment Deep knowledge of software development methodologies and practices; proficiency in Java, Angular, Spring, Docker, OpenShift, Jenkins, Git and SQL Strategic thinking and the ability to align technical solutions with business goals Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field; advanced degrees or relevant certifications are a plus Familiarity with invoicing, logistics or supply chain industry is advantageous Good knowledge of English Contacto
