Oversee the entire development lifecycle, from planning and design to implementation, testing, and deployment
Collaborate with other departments (e.g., art, design, QA) to ensure smooth project execution and delivery
Set clear goals and expectations for team performance and project milestones
Provide technical guidance and support to team leads and developers, ensuring best practices are followed

What kind of professional are we looking for?7+ years of experience in game development, with a strong background in both back-end and front-end (Unity3D) development
3+ years of experience in a leadership or management role, preferably as a team lead or manager
Strong technical skills in game development, particularly in Unity3D and back-end technologies (e.g., C#, .NET)
