This opportunity for an Engineer | Structural (m/f/d) will be integrated into the Aeronautics team.
Job Description Develop tools/methodologies to support the structural analysis process.
Perform calculation and validation steps for components/products under provided load cases.
Prepare and develop FEM models from CAD geometries.
Critical post-processing and reporting of analysis results to detect errors and apply/propose corrective actions.
Identify issues and propose/develop improvements to meet established requirements, targets, or to solve problems.
Provide the manager with any requested information for planning, execution or control of technical activities such as:
The activities' plan definition and the reporting and tracking of project tasks' status.
Provide work estimates and projections.
Identify goals and requirements, as well as determine the most appropriate analysis for each case (analytical, numerical, mixed, static, etc.).
Alert to potential problems, deviations and needs.
Support the test and certification campaigns.
Contribute towards the creation of project reports and any other relevant certification documentation.
Qualifications Academic background in Aerospace Engineering, Aeronautics, Mechanics or equivalent.
Proven experience in the structural sizing and/or approval of components/products.
Previous experience working with Hyperworks, Ansys, MSOffice (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) or similar tools.
Good programming skills in C++, Python and VBA.
Good knowledge of materials and production techniques.
Hands-on experience with CAD software (CATIA, Siemens Nx) is a plus.
Good interpersonal skills to work within a diverse team, in rigorous and demanding projects, where analytical and critical thinking, as well as problem-solving skills are essential.
