* Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in business requirements analysis, process improvement and functional specification;
* Knowledge of SAP and/or Salesforce;
* Experience in energy and utilities sector;
* Dynamism, proactivity and ability to work in a team;
* Customer oriented;
* Fluency in English will be valued.
