(DESTINADA A CANDIDATOS PORTADORES DE DEFICIÊNCIA, CONFORME LEI Nº 4/2019)Themain objective of the job is to manage and apply the tools available that supports logistic,has to manage the team organized in GAPs (Autonomous Group of Production).Organization: Isresponsible for 15 to 25 operators working on the same shift.The main missions of the role are:QCDPPerformance: develops the objectives fixed and manages the necessaries tools to achieve themProposeand follows QCDP indicators (Quality, Cost, Delivery and People); People Management:Ensuredaily management;Presence on the shopfloor, daily contact with team members, ensure a closeteam management; Health, Safety, Environment and Work Conditions:Responsible for immediatelystop the logistic mechanism in case of safety risk;Pilot and leads HSE Core Team in GAPs andfollow the deployment of action plans;Guide improvements of work conditions andergonomics;Ensure that all outsources know and respect proceedings.Minimum education level: Bachelor orMaster in Management or Engineering (Industrial or Mechanical) (preferably)Experience:Professional preferably in an industrial environmentSkills and competenciesGood level of written andspoken englishStandardizes workManaging teams; Ergonomics, safety and environment7 DeliveryBasics e 7 Inventory BasicsExcelSAP.
