Currently, Gotbit is seeking an Employer Brand Manager to enhance the company's employer brand and help us attract more top talents.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute employer branding strategies
Create and communicate a compelling employer value proposition (EVP)
Manage the company's online presence, including social media, career sites, and review platforms
Organize and participate in employer branding events
Collaborate with HR and marketing teams
Monitor and analyze employer branding metrics
Ensure a consistent and positive brand image
Manage employer branding budget and resources

Requirements
Proven experience in employer branding or related roles
Knowledge of current trends and industry developments
Strong understanding of employer branding strategies and best practices
Experience with social media and online marketing
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
Experience with employer branding platforms and tools
Proficiency in English (B2 level or higher)
