What you'll do Give support to contract signing, contract termination, holiday/absence/day off requests, absence justification delivery, changing availability, changing personal information; Follow up and registration of leave applications; Contractual clarifications; Absences documentation (reception, registration in the system and archiving it). What you'll need Degree in Human Resources, Social Service or Social Sciences related (preferable); Fluency in Portuguese; Fluency in English (B2 minimum); Additional knowledge ofother languages is a plus (German, French and Spanish); Availability to work ina hybrid regime; Previous professional experience as administrative in human resources – preferential; Experience in conflict resolution; Team player.
