What You'll Do Act as the first point of contact for employees' HR-related questions and concerns, providing helpful, accurate, and timely responses. Ensure employees feel supported and heard; Provide exceptional customer service, addressing HR inquiries with empathy and professionalism, resolving any issues or concerns employees may have in a friendly and effective manner; Manage and maintain HR records, including personnel files, employee documents, and other confidential information, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and legal regulations. What You'll Need Portuguese native and English B2 (minimum); Excellent verbal and written communication skills; must be able to explain policies and procedures clearly and effectively; A genuine interest in helping others and a strong sense of empathy to address employees' needs and concerns; Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in managing HR records and documentation; Comfortable using HR software, spreadsheets, and other office tools to manage information and communication; For internal candidates, a minimum of 6 months tenure is required; Ability to work in a hybrid setting (both remotely and on-site).
