WHAT YOU'LL DO EMESA Recruiting Assistants are members of the EMESA Nexus Recruiting Operations team and are responsible for onboarding and providing end-to-end operational support for the offices and region.
Regular business hours for this role will be 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM GMT with occasional after-hours support needed.
Organizing meetings and interviews.
Providing end-to-end application management support, including auditing and processing candidate applications, initial candidate screening, and communicating statuses to candidates.
Scheduling candidate interviews, updating interview information in the recruitment system, and preparing interview materials.
Administering screening assessments, responding to candidate inquiries, and processing candidate reimbursements.
Communicating logistics information to candidates and staff for events and interviews.
Entering and maintaining accurate candidate data in application tracking and candidate relationship management systems.
Partnering with the Recruiting Operations and Analytics team to create and execute system reports and queries.
Assisting with special projects and analyses as needed.
YOU'RE GOOD AT Organizing meetings and interviews.
Providing a high level of service to candidates, aiming to offer the best possible experience.
Working with international teams and people from different cultural backgrounds.
Using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and advanced scheduling tools.
Demonstrating excellent communication skills and the ability to manage logistics effectively.
Remaining flexible and calm in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with minimal direction.
YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS) Bachelor's degree required.
Advanced computer skills in Windows applications (Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel); familiarity with databases.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to meet deadlines, manage time effectively, and handle competing priorities.
Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy in performing tasks.
Outstanding interpersonal skills, conveying a positive image consistent with the firm's culture and values.
