If you have a team player attitude and are motivated to engage great talents across borders, apply now and join us!As a an Emerging Talent Recruitment trainee, you will support the recruitment activities for emerging talent across various locations in the EMEA region, including Infineon's International Graduate Program (IGP).
In your new role, you: Align job and profile requirements with hiring managers from all our locations and across several job families.
Create and post engaging job ads and implement different sourcing strategies.
Perform candidate preselection in our Applicant Tracking System, based on the information from the Hiring Manager.
Support with University Relations topics and events.
Support student engagement activities (Onboarding sessions, CV checks, career counselling).
Prepare global events for IGP such as Conferences, workshops and networking initiatives.
Engage in regional and global-wide talent attraction projects, while working closely with our international team of experts.You have a proactive personality and are a great communicator, willing to actively support and collaborate with your team members.
You thrive in an international environment and are always looking for opportunities to develop your skills.
You are best equipped for the position if you have: An university degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Management, or an equivalent field; Interest in Talent Attraction topics, with a focus on emerging talent, and connecting with people; Ability to multitask and problem solving.
Great organizational skills, with a sense of urgency and attention to detail at all times; Fluency in English.
