As a Trainee for Emerging Talent Programs, you will play a key role in helping us to further improve and harmonize our Trainee and PhD excellence programs globally and ensuring an optimal offer for our applicants.
Your responsibilities will include:
Supporting in the program development and harmonization of our global Trainee and PhD excellence programs
Assisting in the analysis and evaluation of program metrics and feedback to identify areas for improvement
Contributing to the creation and maintenance of program materials, such as program content, process description and documentation
Coordinating logistics and administrative tasks related to program events, workshops, and training sessions especially for the PhD program in Germany
Collaborating with stakeholders across the organization to ensure alignment and consistency of program goals and objectives
Providing support in the development of communication materials and campaigns to promote our Emerging Talent Programs
You are willing to learn and adapt to new situations and processes. You thrive in an international environment and are always looking for opportunities to develop your skills.
You are best equipped for the position if you have:
A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or similar field
Strong organizational, communication and analytical skills
Ability to work independently and collaborate as part of an international team
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Good PowerPoint skills, with the ability to create visually appealing and effective presentations
Fluency in English
