A global team that saved more than 90000 lives, since 1980! The Airbag Hardware dependent Software development team is responsible for developing complex device drivers and micro-controller drivers for Airbag control unit, from requirements analysis to component release, considering industry standards such as functional safety (ISO 26262) and cybersecurity (ISO 21434). We are part of our global development team for the Airbag platform, a highly configurable base used by more than 50 customers . Our mission is to save lives!
Your contribution to something big: You are responsible for developing embedded SW components; Your work spans the complete V-model from requirements engineering, architecture and design to coding, test on SIL and HIL, and unit testing, by using state-of-the-art methods and tools; You support customer projects with technical clarifications and solutions regarding the usage of your components in their product; You work in an international agile team with Germany and India. Main requirements What distinguishes you: Education: You have a university degree in Computer Science, Electronics, or comparable; Experience: You have already some experience in embedded automotive SW development; deep knowledge in HW-dependent functions and busses (e.g. SPI, drivers, real-time functions, other interfaces for sensors and actuators, etc. ); preferably you have already experience with Tools like Doors NextGen, Rational Team Concert and Rhapsody; Know how: You have very good knowledge in efficient C-programming or C++; also, good knowledge in model-based SW development with UML; Languages: Excellent communication skills in Portuguese and English (German is a plus); Working Style and Methods: You are a team player with the ability to travel on a regular base to the partner locations in Germany and India; Personality: You are motivated to improve by continuous learning.
