Job Description
Responsibilities:
Content Plan Development: Develop and execute a content plan aligned with the company's needs (1-2 emails per month, excluding sequences that require multiple emails).
Sales Funnel Development: Create and implement email marketing funnels that promote company products, special offers, and newsworthy events.
Timely Campaign Execution: Ensure that all email campaigns are sent out on time according to the content plan.
Content Plan Adherence: Consistently follow the established content plan to maintain a coherent email marketing strategy.
Email Campaign Analytics: Analyze email performance metrics and provide insights for improvement.
Optimization Initiatives: Proactively suggest and implement strategies to enhance the effectiveness of email campaigns.
Qualifications
Copywriting Skills: Ability to create high-quality, engaging content for email campaigns, tailored to the target audience and aligned with the company's voice.
Graphic Design/Email Layout Skills: Proficiency in creating visually appealing email designs and layouts.
CRM Experience: Experience working with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, with a strong emphasis on SendPulse.
Database Management: Ability to manage and segment contact lists for targeted email campaigns.
Multi-Platform Proficiency: Competence in working with various CRM platforms, with SendPulse experience being mandatory.
Creativity and Funnel Experience: Creative mindset with proven experience in developing and managing different marketing funnels.
Independence: Ability to work autonomously, managing tasks and deadlines without constant supervision.
Punctuality: Strong adherence to deadlines and project timelines.
