.The Tock Marketing team is looking for an experienced and driven Email Marketing Manager to join our growth marketing team. As an Email Marketing Manager, you will help promote prospect engagement and conversion through targeted B2B email nurture campaigns and overseeing B2C email programs performed through outsourcing partners. Your expertise in creating compelling and engaging emails, and managing our Hubspot deployment, including marketing automations to support email nurture campaigns, will help achieve our marketing goals.You will also help analyze campaign performance data and making recommendations on how to improve efforts going forward.You will report to the Growth Marketing Lead and this will be a full-time hybrid role based in Chicago or an approved remote state. You'll Get To… Manage end-to-end execution of B2B email marketing programs for lead generation and nurture, using HubSpot as the primary platform Set up workflows in HubSpot for automated email marketing campaigns, ensuring targeted communications to our audience Create email nurture streams to grow prospect engagement and improve conversion rates. Use ChatGPT tools to enhance email writing and personalization. Develop content recommendations to support email streams Develop A/B tests to increase email campaigns. Analyze results and apply insights to improve campaign performance Collaborate with teams, including the content lead, designers, and copywriters, to ensure the development of compelling content that aligns with email campaign goals and resonates with the target audience Report on campaign performance using HubSpot's analytics tools and pivot tables in Excel
