Email Marketing Junior

ResponsibilitiesCreate and manage email and SMS campaigns, including content creation, planning, and segmentation.
Optimize campaign performance through A/B testing and data analysis.
Assist in growing subscriber lists and improving customer retention with effective segmentation.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends to implement new strategies.
Minimum Requirements1+ year of experience in marketing (e-commerce, email marketing, or digital marketing).
Proactive, independent worker, with attention to detail and collaborative mindset.
Creative with a strong eye for design; experience with Klaviyo and Canva is a plus, but a willingness to learn is essential.
Comfortable analyzing performance metrics and making data-driven decisions.
Fluent in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
