Email Marketing Campaign Specialist

We are recruiting for the Shared Services Center of a multinational leader in the global food retail sector: Nestlé Business Services. They are currently looking to strengthen their team with an Email Marketing Campaign Specialist (M/F) with knowledge in ADOBE CAMPAIGN, for their office located in Braga. Main responsibilities:Work with the company's brands to create email, push notification, and SMS campaigns based on previously defined strategy.HTML creation based on templates including revising and making changes/corrections when necessary.Implement database segmentation on email marketing tool.Design customer journeys according to the guidelines provided by the brands.Create A/B tests in order to improve engagement and therefore, deliverability.Monitor campaigns and create KPI reports.Ensure campaigns' deliverability using email marketing best practices and analyzing KPIs.Build effective relationships with internal and external international stakeholders.Ideal Profile: Bachelor or master's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communication Design, Design & Multimedia, Information Management or similar; Proficiency in English (spoken and written); Experience with any tool of Email Marketing (e.g., MailChimp, RDStation, E-Goi, Adobe Campaign, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Eloqua); Knowledge of HTML or CSS; Ability to quickly learn new technologies and working methods; Good analytical skills; Knowledge on Marketing Automation/Creation of customer journeys (is a plus); Passion for the Digital Marketing field.We offer:Direct job contract with Nestlé.Competitive salary and annual bonus according to your performance.Flex Benefits - you can choose what benefit is more suitable for you.Hybrid work schedule (Braga).Career progression and possibilities for International Career.Initial and continuing training.We're waiting for you.
