2024-05-03 Full time Contrato direto com o cliente We are recruiting for the Shared Services Center of a multinational, leader in the global food retail sector: Nestlé Business Services.They are currently looking to strengthen their team with an Email Marketing Campaign Specialist (M/F) with knowledge in ADOBE CAMPAIGN, for their office located in Braga.Main responsibilities:Work with the company´s brands to create email, push notification and SMS campaigns based on previously defined strategyHTML creation based on templates including revising, and making changes/corrections when necessaryImplement database segmentation on email marketing toolDesign customer journeys according to the guidelines provided by the brandsCreate A/B tests in order to improve engagement and therefore, deliverabilityMonitorization of campaigns and creation of KPI reportsEnsure campaigns' deliverability using email marketing best practices and analyzing KPI'sBuild effective relationship with internal and external international stakeholdersIdeal Profile:Bachelor or master's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communication Design, Design & Multimedia, Information Management or similar;Proficiency in English (spoken and written);Experience with any tool of Email Marketing (eg.
