By including everyone and ensuring equal opportunities we unleash our full potential.Job DescriptionYour contribution to something big:- Lead a group of 18 people divided in 2 teams: Electronics and Optical engineers; - Foster a collaborativeand innovative working environment, assigning tasks, setting goals and evaluating team performance; - Daily manage of quality topics with high impact on IDC ( Internal defect costs) and line stoppage; - Main interface of plant with other Business Units and Development teams on technical quality topics; - Provide technical guidance and support in electronics and optical engineering; - Responsible to initiate solutions with Development team by proposing Engineering Change Requests to fix deviations that are affecting product quality; - Ensure main KPIs fulfilment by monitoring evolution and define proper actions; - Ensure right competences inside the team and manage team workload; - Ensure 5S and ESD standards fulfilment; - Manage lab resources, including equipment, materials, and budget.QualificationsWhat distinguishes you:- Master's Degree in Electronics Engineer, Optical Engineer or proven experience in the field; - Proven track record ofmanaging and leading technical teams; - Excellent communication skills: fluent in English, confident and efficient speaker; - Capable of effectivelycommunicating and collaboration with cross-functional areas of the organization (e.G., manufacturing process, supply chain, product technical support, engineering, etc.); - Strong negotiation andteam moderation skills; - Leadership skills, initiative, creativity, innovative, costs awareness and sense of responsibility; - Knowledge of automotive electronics standards, manufacturing plant quality processes; - Knowledge on Quality tools/methods (8D, Six Sigma, Ishikawa, FTA, Scatter Plot etc); - Proficiency in electronics/electrical and optical design, analysis, and testing
