Work as part of a team, collaborating and sharing knowledge
Be respectful, patient and aim to listen and understand your colleagues
Commit to expanding the latest developments in Wind Turbine simulation technology
Work with complex engineering problems and have a creative approach to setbacks
Take pride in initiating and driving technology development projects through a large organization
