Using the technology of the future we create solutions highly focused on the needs of our people and our customers, never neglecting our role and contribution to society.Main responsibilities:Collaborate on preliminary studies and propose technical solutions for clients' Medium Voltage (MV) network connection requests, including structured and programmable investments, as well as urgent current investments, when necessary,Contribute to the assessment and enhancement of project studies related to MV network connection requests for clients,Assist in the analysis and evaluation of structured and programmable investment proposals,Identify the need for authorizations from relevant entities and property owners, and manage this information in coordination with external service provider,Prepare and design projects for Medium Voltage (MV) and Low Voltage (LV) overhead and underground lines, including the necessary electrical and mechanical calculations,Use corporate tools to validate third-party project designs, including budgeting and preparation of the licensing process,Support the management of solar power plant connection processes, ensuring timely and compliant integration with the grid.Looking for people with the following requirements:Degree in Electrical Engineering,Up to 3 years of working experience in designing and managing projects involving Medium Voltage networks,Familiarity with electrical and mechanical calculations for overhead and underground lines,Knowledge of the regulatory requirements for MV/LV networks and renewable energy connections,Ability to use corporate tools for project validation and budgeting,Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail,Excellent communication and teamwork skills.Joining EDP is to have access to:A professional experience in a leading international company in its sector, with flexible working arrangements and hours and an Indefinite Contract;Recognition through remuneration compatible with the position and other additional benefits;Opportunities for personal and professional development (transversal projects, mobility, volunteering, etc.).About EDP:As a socially responsible company, we incorporate our values and practices with the principles of Diversity and Inclusion.
