The EMC MV/LV South of E-Redes Networks Platform, whose mission is to guarantee the execution of construction works maintenance and service replacement in MV equipment and installations (including TC MV), LV and IP, in compliance with the standards of Security, in accordance with standards requirements by the Quality Regulation of Service, by the Company and by customers. Ensure continuity of electricity supply, better asset performance, and achievement of defined objectives, optimizing resources, intends to reinforce the team in the Maintenance area – Loulé.
Main responsibilities: Integration into the maintenance team for the Medium/Low Voltage distribution network, including public lighting, transformers, and remote control units.Distribution network assistance and customers supplied with Low/Medium/High Voltage (including public lighting), under normal and on-call conditions.Inspection and operation of Low and Medium Voltage networks.Integration of new infrastructures into the network.Participation in the maintenance plans for MT, BT, and IP network assets, and contribution to the preparation of the Investment Plan and Budget.Budgeting, planning, monitoring, and execution of scheduled interventions for correction and improvement of network assets.Contribution to the development and innovation of systems and operational procedures for the sustainable integration of new technologies into the network.Support in the detection and rectification of fraud and theft, ensuring the reporting of suspicious situations identified during normal activity.Looking for people with the following requirements: Training at the 12th Year, Technological and Professional Courses in Electrical Installations Technician; Electrical Networks Technician and Electrical Installations, Electricity, Electrotechnics, Electronics, Electromechanics, Mechatronics, or related areas.Minimum of 9 months up to 5 years as technical staff in operational roles.Experience in maintenance activities and training in working at heights (preferred).Technical knowledge and experience in the construction or maintenance of electrical installations (required).Proven experience in electrical installation commissioning operations (preferred).Proficiency in basic computer navigation skills (Windows) and Office tools (required).Experience working with SIT, JUMP, Mobility, and PROGEST environments (preferred).Availability to join the On-call Availability Schedule for LV and MV network assistance, and first HV intervention, outside normal working hours (required).Driving license and availability to travel (mandatory).Residency in Portugal (required).Commitment to Safety, Environment, and Quality, Collaboration and Networking Skills, Problem Solving, Customer Focus, Analytical Ability, Precision, and Attention to Detail are crucial for performing the role.Being part of EDP means having access to: Professional experience in an international company that is a leader in its sector, with flexible working arrangements and hours (Non-Term Contract).Recognition through remuneration compatible with the function and other additional benefits.Opportunities for personal and professional development (cross-cutting projects, mobility, volunteering, etc).About EDP:
