YOUR ROLE Responsible for maintaining the order, image and management of the academy. Coordination with Education Manager and/or the educator providing the training on the preparation of the space and materials required. Prepares and delivers seminars, in-salon trainings and technical support in Portugal Supports local Education, marketing and sales team Telephone support. Attention and support to visitors and attendees. Supporting the sales team. Reporting and informing on education activities. Knowledge of the products and recommendations for use of each product. Control of stock and incoming and outgoing products, orders and warehouse management. Casting management and organization of models and participation in company shows and events Actively collaborate in the training courses giving support in the practical area and in the preparation of models. Supporting and testing the company's possible launches. Local work: Lisbon Travel Availability within Portugal region and islands YOUR SKILLS Education and Experience related to hairdressing industry and Beauty professional products Vocational training + additional systematical qualification related with hairdressing Hairdresser - 2 to 4 years of experience Fluent English & Spanish Knowledge Drive License to be able to go to visit customers Good communication Skills Good knowledge of hairdressing industry and the local market to develop the business. Good Knowledge of social media Good MS office skills (organization of reporting's, client feedback, academy preparation for seminars, presentations) Team player attitude to be able to collaborate with stakeholders and the own team.
