YOUR ROLE
Prepares and delivers seminars, in-salon trainings and technical support in Portugal
Tests new products
Manages complaints and technical hotline to customers
Supports local Education, marketing and sales team
Refers sales leads, customer feedback and competitor information to appropriate contacts within the organization
Provides internal product training to Sales/ Marketing / Education team
Contacts prospective customers and builds positive relationships that generate future sales and repeated business (Local work: Lisbon)
Travel availability within Portugal region and islands
YOUR SKILLS
Education and experience related to hairdressing industry and beauty professional products
Vocational training + additional systematic qualification related to hairdressing
2 to 4 years of experience related to this field and very good customer service skills
Fluent in English & Spanish
Driver's license to visit customers
Good communication skills
Good knowledge of hairdressing industry and the local market to develop the business
Good knowledge of social media
Good MS Office skills (organization of reports, client feedback, academy preparation for seminars, presentations)
Team player attitude to collaborate with stakeholders and the own team
