Economics Game Designer (Relocate To Cyprus)

What are you working on? The name of the project(s): UFL Genres: Sports Platforms: Console For which tasks (responsibilities)? Collaborate closely with the team to design and implement meta-game systems;
Create design documentation, including flowcharts, diagrams, and guidelines, to effectively communicate complex meta-game concepts to the broader team;
Create simulations and models to test and optimize game economies;
Work closely with the game design team to ensure the game mechanics align with the game economy;
What kind of professional are we looking for?2+ years of experience in game economy design or vast experience in economics;
Ability to create and balance complex game systems and economies;
Experience with Excel or other similar tools to manage and analyze game economy data;
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make design decisions informed by data;
Ability to clearly state your thoughts in writing when creating technical documentation;
Good gaming experience and clear understanding of MMO projects' mechanics.
