The Work You'll Do:
We are looking for an Ecommerce Technical Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting the evolution of our product, providing technical support to partners, and offering second-line support to clients, while ensuring the effectiveness of operations on related ecommerce solutions.
More specifically, you will:
Monitor the registration of clients on eCommerce solutions, including validations up to approval;
Provide second-line technical support to clients and partners, particularly regarding eCommerce solutions;
Analyze and identify the needs of users and the market;
Monitor the development of new product features, ensuring they meet the identified needs;
Conduct end-to-end testing of product functionalities;
Participate in the preparation of technical documentation, user manuals, and the creation of explanatory videos for the eCommerce solutions;
Provide technical support to partners by conducting demonstrations and answering product-related questions;
Manage operation relationship with other EDI providers (network connections).
What We Need From You:
Bachelor's Degree, highly preferred
1-2 years of customer service-related work experience preferred.
Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.)
Moderate knowledge of Sovos product offerings in the relevant Product Market
Basic knowledge of tax rules and processes in the relevant Product Market
Strong time management, organizational and decision-making skills
Excellent spoken and written communication skills
Proactive attitude regarding to analyze and solve product issues;
Manage stakeholder expectations;
Interact effectively with teammates, colleagues, partners and clients.
