We tap into the magic of what makes Bose, BOSE, and through our marketing efforts, connect that magic with people who relate to our belief that sound is the most powerful force on earth.The Global Marketing team is looking for a dynamic eCommerce partner manager, EU with digital marketing experience.As the eCommerce partner manager, EU, you will be the Bose representative overseeing most EU storefronts, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders and be the go-to contact for our distributor in the region. The role will be responsible for market growth and project management of activities that lead to optimization of revenue, online conversion, and developing greater efficiencies and organization for executing key projects. This will require communicating and collaborating with cross-functional internal & external teams on the defined implementation, timeline and prioritization of projects, and developing the project briefs that translate the strategies and goals to online deliverables.Key ResponsibilitiesAccountable for ensuring partners deliver EU storefronts according to Bose brand guidelines, and support deliver revenue, profit targets and ensure growth according to established plans.Support joint planning with distributor(s) on annual marketing planning (ABP) including product launch, lifecycle activities, investment planning based on marketing funds. Ensure plans are visible and approved or aligned to.Monitoring competitive market pricing and active management of pricing strategy.Marketing and Ecommerce SME advising and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders for performance of Bose's EU storefronts.Responsible for communication with distributor(s) in region, based on established global marketing and distributor model priorities, ensuring transparency to meet objectives.Ensure distributor(s)' driven marketing aligns to Bose brand and merchandising guidelines.Lead assessment and drive actions towards standardization and delivering efficiencies across markets. Examples include merchandising and brand store marketing investment & support.Liaison between partners and distributor(s) and global marketing to ensure access to marketing assets.Set expectations for marketing performance measurement and be accountable for reporting: i.e., new item performance tracking, monthly business review insights and implications.Ensure clear lines of communications and alignment between the wider marketing organization and sales.Core competencesStrong experience in driving and delivering eCommerce business.Strong experience in managing external distributors.Proven experience in managing an eCommerce storefront.Proven experience and strong knowledge of sales and accounting processes related to Direct-to-Consumer Sales.Strong organizational skills and ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders to execute to established timelines.Experience in producing director and manager level reporting and insights, whereby data is translated into insights and action items.Program/Project management and program/project monitoring experience.Ability to self-manage and operate effectively with little oversight.Ability to work in a team environment and welcome collaboration and feedback from other team members.Technically adept with ability to pick up on new technologies quickly.Experience in working globally remotely with multiple teams across different departments and different time zones.Excellent communications skills – Being able to communicate about technical subjects with non-technical stakeholders and vice versa.Fluent in written and spoken English.Education & Experiences7-10 years in similar positions or similar experiencesBA in Business, Marketing, Finance, Analytics or related fieldWork locationsThis professional can be assigned to one of the two available locations:Lisbon, PortugalLondon, UKNote: Depending on the candidate's location, we will find the most practical and convenient solution for them.This is a hybrid role, it is expected that the candidates visit to the office when necessary.#J-18808-Ljbffr
